Chicken of the Sea Mermaid Memo

Can you believe it's almost May already? Oh my, this year has been flying (I mean, swimming) by. With the warmer months comes a need to lighten up your meal routine. Did you know seafood, such as tuna and salmon, help you stay fuller longer while still being low in calories and fat? Check out some of my favorite recipes, pick a new recipe to try and then tell me on Facebook which recipe you picked. Also, feel free to share a picture of your special creation with me and the rest of my mer-fans.
